Position Overview
This is a 1099 contractor role, compensated per driver successfully hired, with commission ranging from $300 to $2,500 for each placement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client managers to understand hiring needs and keep them updated on applicant progress.
Guide qualified candidates through the client/carrier application process and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
Coordinate applicant orientation by confirming schedules, travel, and lodging arrangements, and address any issues that might prevent attendance.
